Aaron “Amil” Barnes (born October 26, 1987) is an independent music video, commercial, and film director out of the Washington DC area. He was born and raised in the Metropolitan area of DC and is known for applying guerilla-style and unusual, non-traditional shooting methods in his work. He is also the founder and executive producer of the Charlotte, North Carolina based production company Aaron Barnes Studios, founded in 2008.
